Mary Ann Beaty
The firm of Mary Ann Beaty is a law office devoted to the practice of Family Law, Divorce and Probate.
Family Law encompasses the very emotional legal areas of divorce, child custody, child support and visitation, spousal support, termination of parental rights, adoption, the modification or enforcement of existing orders of child support and visitation, the establishment of paternity, and addressing Grandparent's rights. Related concepts in many persons' minds include wills, determination of heirs, probate of wills and administration of estates and guardianships.
Mary Ann Beaty has been licensed to practice law and in the active practice of law for over thirty years. She has had a successful solo practice, and joined the firm of Bennett, Weston, LaJone & Turner, PC, to bring her experience and expertise to add to the depth offered by the firm. She has brought with her an experienced legal secretary and has experienced support staff available. With this and other support staff, we have endeavored to establish a law practice that is responsive to your needs.
What sets us apart from other law firms is our team of committed professionals that assists you on a daily basis when emergencies arise in your case, yet stay focused on the finish line so that you and your family can reach a resolution and move on with your lives. We maintain regular and supportive contract with the client, staying attuned to the needs of the particular client's case. We have developed a system that monitors our ongoing cases, managing the deadlines, the investigation and discovery and the overall progress of the case through settlement or trial, as the situation warrants.
